These would be perfect on a day like today! This was my first cocktail on my trip to Thailand I tried this drink at the Supatra River House in Bangkok and it was refreshing after a long day in the sun. Try one at home!
3 ounces pineapple juice
1 1/2 ounces Beefeater 24 gin
1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Cherry Brandy
1/4 ounce Cointreau
Dash of Angostura bitters
Wedge of lime and a maraschino cherry
1 1/2 ounces Beefeater 24 gin
1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Cherry Brandy
1/4 ounce Cointreau
Dash of Angostura bitters
Wedge of lime and a maraschino cherry
Shake liquids with ice. Serve in a high-ball glass with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
