Recipe: Opa Opa Shrimp

Cava is my favorite Greek restaurant in DC, so I was so excited to have Chef Dimitri join me on Capital Cooking to teach me his Opa Opa Shrimp recipe.  Keep tuning in every Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 1 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on WETA Create channel.  Hope you enjoy!
From Capital Cooking's Greek Feast Episode with Chef Dimitri Moshovitis from Cava

 6 jumbo shrimp (peeled)
1/2 bunch of dill
1/4 cup tomato and red onion finely chopped
Double shot of ouzo
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil

Get your olive oil hot in a saute pan. Add your shrimp and quickly sear. Add the Tom onion and dill and cook for for one minute. Add ouzo and cook down to reduce. Add cream and reduce. Salt and pepper to taste.
