Thinking of Drinking: Piña Colada

Give me 2 Piña Coladas!  Break out your Tiki glasses and make yourself a Piña Colada.  This recipe is shared by Bar Director Adam Bernbach of Doi Moi.  Doi Moi has an all new cocktail menu perfect for the summer heat.

"Piña Colada"

1.5oz. Dark Rum
0.75oz. Pineapple Syrup
0.75oz. Unsweetened Coconut Milk
0.5oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Mix together. Serve in festive glass over Crushed Ice. Garnish with a Pineapple Cube & a Brandied Cherry. Umbrella optional.
