Uncorked: M de Minuty

Rosé season is here!

We all love “Frosé” frozen cocktails, rosé-infused popsicles and gummy bears (not to mention #yeswayrosé and #brosé hashtags), but you can't go wrong with the original: the crisp, bone-dry rosés of Provence—sipped ice-cold along the French Riviera. Try Minuty.

Founded in the 19th century, and managed today by the founder’s grandsons, family-owned Minuty is the last estate in the Cotes de Provence to harvest their grapes entirely by hand. All of Minuty’s rosés are grown utilizing sustainable practices, free of chemicals, relying on the heat of August and episodic rain to ripen the grapes and obtain the best purity of fruit.

M de Minuty 2016 is a vibrant, dry rosé with balanced white peach and candied orange peel aromas and a smooth, round mouth-feel. Pale in color, it’s marked by a racy acidity and beautiful freshness. (SRP $19)

Cheers!   Break some out with the warm weather this Thursday!
