Coming Soon: Open Kitchen

Open Kitchen is set to open in July and will feature commercial kitchen rentals, cooking classes, a bistro and culinary events. Last night I tried some of the dishes from the Bistro menu. My favorite is the Ziti with Fennel and Spicy Italian Sausage. Hue-Chan Karels has been working for the past two years to put the concept together along with the talented Chef Bernard. They've finally found their new home in Falls Church, Virginia. While their home is being built, Open Kitchen is offering hands-on cooking instruction at different locations in and around DC.
