Recipe: Antipasto Platter



Looking for a simple Italian appetizer that everyone enjoys?  Try this Fabulous Antipasto Platter.

From the Capital Cooking Cookbook

Herb Goat Cheese
Tapenades
Cured Meats: Prosciutto and Mortadella
Crackers and Pita

Choose a bamboo cutting board or other pretty serving tray. Arrange food onto the tray. Serve with crackers and pita bread and your favorite wine selection.
