Sunday I went to Cochon 555 - Washington D.C. “5 Pigs, 5 Chefs, 5 Winemakers” in a ballroom of the
Mandarin Oriental hotel in DC. Thanks Foodbuzz! We started at the reception before the event and enjoyed some great appetizers from
Market Salamander. Yes, we loved the bacon dipped in chocolate!!


I washed down my chocolaty bacon with some white wine from
Pax Wine Cellars.
