More Wedding Food and Fun at the Evermay Estate






I spent my birthday at Graham and Monique's beautiful wedding at the Evermay Estate in DC. The food was the best wedding food I've ever had. We started with the first course of Red and Yellow Tomato Tartare with Avocado and Basil and lemon Biscuits. For the main course we all enjoyed the boneless beef short ribs on braised leeks with tomato marmalade. The meal was served with Graham's Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard wines. For dessert we had flan, spanish wedding cookies and cake. We took home cupcakes from Baked and Wired for our party favor.
