Capital Cooking with Lauren DeSantis: Quick Review: State Street Brats

Madison is such a cool college town and we stopped off at State Street Brats on our way to Iowa. I loved the Wisconsin cheese curds! They have an awesome beer selection with some great local brews. State Street Brats is a Madison institution, serving customers since its early days as The Brathaus in the 1930s. The burgers are a little lacking in flavor, but you can't go wrong with the brats.
