SEI takes a modern twist on classic American with Asian flair in a prix fixe menu filled with awe-inspiring dishes, mixing in innovative first course Liquid Wasabi Cocktail or freshly-squeezed Orange Citrus Cardamom Soda and sweet course Cooper Vineyards ‘Noche’ Chocolate Ice-Style Wine NV, Louisa County, Virginia choices.
