1/2 Oz Grand Marnier or Grand Marnier Navan (Vanilla)
1/8 oz Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Angostura bitters
Dash of Orange Bitters
Glass- chilled Martini
Combine all ingredients into a clean pint glass, add ice, using a bar spoon, stir the cocktail for 20 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass. Using a vegetable peeler, peel a section of orange and flame over cocktail. Drop flamed peel into cocktail for garnish.
