Special Preview: Bistro Cooking

Bistro Cooking offers simple recipes in a timeless fashion.  Let host, Lauren DeSantis, and Chef Olivier Perrier of ICI Urban Bistro give you a taste on Capital Cooking’s next episode.
 
This episode features three traditional recipes straight from the neighborhood restaurants of France.  First, Chef Olivier Perrier teaches us his braised lamb shank. Served over goat-cheese polenta, this is a delicious French dish that you will not want to miss.   

Then,  Lauren makes a French onion soup, a typical staple in any bistro. Covered with slices of baguette and melted Swiss cheese, the soup is rich in flavor and perfect as an appetizer or entree.  You'll also enjoy the Cherry Clafoutis.
