Thinking of Drinking: Pear Martini

Imagine sitting outside on a beautiful patio sipping on one of these.  This weekend is so hot that it might be better enjoyed inside.  Thinking of Drinking?  I am.  Try this Pear Martini from Tagolio Pizzeria in Crystal City.

2 oz. Grey Goose Poire  
½ oz Amaretto DiSarrano 
¾ oz Lemon Juice 
Garnished with Bosch Pear Wedge / Slice

Mix vodka, amaretto, simple syrup and lemon juice into a chilled shaker full of ice.  Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a pear.
