Share Our Strength's Great American Bake Sale®, co-presented by Domino® Sugar and C and H®® Campaign, Share Our Strength’s national effort to end
childhood hunger in America by 2015. Since 2003, more than 1.7 million
people have participated in Great American Bake Sale, raising more than
$6 million to make sure there is no kid hungry in America. Great
American Bake Sale is supported by official bakeware partner Chicago
Metallic, national television partner Food Network, national magazine

More than 17 million children - that’s nearly 1 in 4 - in the United States, do not know when their next meal will come. Unfortunately,
this number continues to rise as these difficult economic times are
leaving more and more people jobless, without homes and unable to
provide food for their families. But there is hope. Thanks to programs like Share Our Strength’s Great American Bake Sale we can all do our part to help families struggling to make ends meet.

Share Our Strength’s efforts to surround kids with nutritious food
where they live, learn and play. Share Our Strength helps close gaps
between nutritious food programs and families in need. We help develop
lasting solutions for hungry families—it the difference between feeding a
family tonight and ensuring that they never again have to worry about
their next meal.
