Win Tickets to the Potomac River Wine Cruise Tomorrow Night!

I have 12 tickets to tomorrow night's 8:30 p.m. Potomac River wine cruise.  Add your favorite Virginia wine in the comments to enter to win.

The cruise will feature some of Virginia’s finest vineyards including: Rappahannock Cellars, Boxwood Winery, Breaux Vineyards, Pearmund Cellars, Linden Vineyards, Winery at La Grange, Barboursville Vineyard, Ingleside, Vint Hill Craft Winery and Whitehall Vineyard. Each winery was hand selected by the Washington Wine Academy to highlight the very best wine makers and varietals that Virginia has to offer.

The 90-minute cruises, featuring the best of The Old Dominion’s vineyards and food products, will afford each guest  the opportunity to try 15 different wines and savor  Virginia ham, artisan cheeses, fruit, charcuterie and other specialties.

Departing from DC’s Southwest waterfront at the 7th Street Landing, guests will cruise on the “Patriot II” the newest yacht in the DC Harbor Cruises fleet.

  10. NV Merlot from Prince Michel. It makes me think of a cozy room with a fireplace and rich wood paneling.
