Eat With Your Eyes: Salt-Cured Salmon with Dill Potatoes

Lisa Elmqvist opened in 1926 to provide the best seafood to the people of Stockholm. I tried the salt cured salmon with dill potatoes.  It was so delicious with the sweet mustard dill sauce.  Amazing!  Are you drooling?  I just got another taste of this fabulous dish last night at the House of Sweden.
