Last
week, we introduced select media and friends to the 3 part series of Capital
Cooking in Stockholm.
The event was held at the lovely House of Sweden.
Chef
Frida Johansson created a
smorgasbord highlighting famous Swedish dishes including elk kabobs, crayfish
soup, Shrimp Skagen, Crayfish skewers and more.
Chef Frida also made a
delicious dessert bar with macaroons, cupcakes and a sea buckthorn
cooler.
Fireball Whiskey was kind enough to send some bottles so the guests
could get a taste of the popular Swedish shot at Tragarden. Even if you missed
Part 1 last week on WETA, make sure to catch Part 2 and 3 airing this week and
next week.
Thank you so much to the House
of Sweden for hosting such a fabulous event and thank you to all of the media
and friends for your continued
support.
In the second episode of
this 3 part series, Lauren DeSantis is
greeted by Chef KC Wallberg who walks the viewers threw the park to a garden of
ingredients and they cook at an open-air kitchen overlooking the city. They make
traditional dishes and share the history of Aquavit. Airing on March 23rd and

Grinda and learns about life on the archipelago and cooks island food with the
