Cuba
Libre is hosting a "Pop-Up Paladares" cooking series featuring Cuban
Chef Alain Rivera Santana of Havana’s Doctor Café, June 12th through
14th. This is the second is a series of dates for its “Pop-Up
Paladares” cooking series with the final guest chef arriving in October
2012. Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot has invited Cuban chefs he
befriended during his culinary exploration trips to Cuba. The guest
chefs collaborate with him to create a four-course prix fixe menu during
their visit. Two seating options are available, one at 6 PM and
another at 8:30 PM. Each of the six featured dinners is priced at $45
per person (beverages, tax and gratuity not included), and is reserved
for 40 guests in the Cuba Libre’s private event space, La Galería.

Every night during the festival from 5 to 7 p.m., Et Voila will host Belgian Beer Happy Hours, featuring a unique selection of Belgian beers offered for $4 each. For $15, customers can imbibe samplings of three different Belgian beers.
