During our time in Cabo, we visited the chic boutique hotel, Casa Natalia.
Inside the hotel, we found El Deck Martini Bar at Mi Cocina Restaurant.
We took a break from our art walk in San Jose del Cabo and stopped in for a cocktail.
I love this drink because it isn't overly sweet.
Mezcaliña Martini
1 ½ oz Mezcal (I like Los Nahuales)
1 ½ oz Mezcal (I like Los Nahuales)
3 pieces of diced Pineapple
1 Coffee spoon of Brown sugar
One small piece of Ginger
Crush the Pineapple, the sugar and the ginger in the shaker, add Mezcal , Ice, shake strongly. Serve in a Martini glass with a nice piece of pineapple on top of the glass.
