Bodega Spanish Tapas and Lounge in Georgetown features an authentic Spanish dining experience. Located in the heart of Georgetown, Thunder Burger and Bar is a popular restaurant that serves up a rock and roll atmosphere alongside an eclectic menu that features their grass-fed beef signature burgers, wild game specials, and a full bar. Bandolero  Chef Mike Isabella's modern Mexican small plates concept, Bandolero, is located in the heart of D.C.'s Georgetown neighborhood. The two-story, 5,000 square foot, high-energy space reflects a Day of the Dead motif, and the menu showcases classic Mexican dishes with untraditional flavor profiles, including dips served with housemade chicharones and masa crisps, tacos, taquitos, enchiladas, empanadas, albondigas and carbons. Bandolero has a spacious upstairs dining room that can accommodate up to 60 guests seated and 80 guests for a reception. Over 100:

2100 Prime’s private dining is more than romantic, it’s cozy. 2100 Prime has a semi-private section, with its red cushioned settees, it’s a warm and inviting atmosphere. Perfect for small groups (up to 30). The total capacity for the entire restaurant is 75 and it can be rented for a private affair. Because we are located in the iconic Fairfax at Embassy Row, a Starwood Luxury Collection hotel, we can also provide a variety of private dining rooms with the largest accommodating 250 guests. Brasserie Beck sets the perfect stage for events of all sizes and types, whether there are 15 guests or 400, to enjoy chef Robert Wiedmaier’s Belgian cuisine. Brasserie Beck’s two private dining rooms, Brabo and Waterloo, which each feature 42” flat screen televisions which can be connected to laptops for presentations, while iPods can easily be connected to the surround sound system. Individually, each room can seat 28 guests comfortably at round tables, 16 guests at a long, rectangular table, or up to 35 for a reception. The spaces can be combined into one space via a retractable room and can accommodate up to 64 seated or 85 for a standing reception. Pass beyond the cozy vestibule and through the heavily curtained entrance of Robert Wiedmaier’s acclaimed haute-French flagship, Marcel’s, welcomes groups ranging from 10 to 120 persons for seated occasions and up to 200 for standing receptions. Tucked behind rich velvet curtains, the Palladin Room can accommodate groups as small as 15 and up to 60, while larger groups can enjoy use of the entire restaurant. 

For southern sophistication, head to Acadiana, where the Bayou Room seats 60, the Lake Room seats 30 – and, combined, they accommodate 150-175.  In the festive winter months, guests may enjoy warm southern comfort dishes such as Grillades and Grits, Lobster Seafood Gumbo, Grilled Red Snapper with Crawfish Vinaigrette, and Pork T-bone with Country Ham-wrapped Stone Fruit. For a more casual, “spicy” atmosphere, Fuego Cocina y Tequileria in Clarendon, Virginia, transports guests into a world of authentic Mexican culture and cuisine. The entire restaurant is available for parties as large as 400 to 450 people. The downstairs lounge is available for 40 guests seated and 50 to 60 standing. The entire lower-level bar and lounge area is available for a standing reception of 200 guests. In Reston, Virginia, PassionFish’s global cuisine and private dining options have made it a hot-spot for celebrations. The elegant River Room can seat up to 50 guests. The Balcony area, upstairs, can accommodate up to 70. Oyamel (401 7th Street, NW, 20004), inspires celebration with a lively atmosphere and colorful décor.  Oyamel features a private dining room that accommodates up to 45 guests for a seated dinner and 60 for a standing reception. Guests dining at Cuba Libre Restaurant and Rum Bar, (801A 9th Street, NW, 20001) are instantly transported to the tropical ambiance of an Old Havana street scene with an indoor courtyard comprised of replicated building facades with charming balconies and windows. Situated in an elegant two-story Federal townhouse, 1789 Restaurant (1226 36th Street, NW) has three exceptional dinning spaces ideal for the holiday season.  The Garden Room, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows covered with lattice, sheer curtains and floral prints may be reserved for private dining for up to 18 guests.  The Middleburg Room, with its hunt country charm, is also available for a slightly larger reception for up to 56 guests and features a ceiling sheathed in barn siding from New England dating back to the 1800s.  Finally, the John Carroll Room, complete with a working fireplace and softly filtered light is a wonderful choice for a daytime luncheon for up to 60 guests.  F Scott's, the private party Art Deco club next door to 1789 Restaurant, is yet another wonderful option with spacing for up to 125 guests. Clyde’s Restaurant Group’s newest venture, The Hamilton, located at 600 14th Street, NW, has excellent options for private dining this season. The restaurant has a private room above the restaurant reminiscent of an elegant English pub, The Loft, which seats 75 comfortably or can hold up to 175 guests standing. The Hamilton also features The Hamilton Live, DC’s premier listening venue, with tiered table seating surrounding a stage and two large bars, the perfect space for large meetings and cocktail receptions with live entertainment. Ashok Bajaj’s newest gem and sister restaurant to Rasika, Rasika West End (1190 New Hampshire Avenue, NW, 20037), offers three exclusive spaces for private dining, perfect for intimate gatherings and large receptions alike.  The Library seats 40 guests, the Window View Room can accommodate 12 for dining and the private Chef’s Table Room, next to the working kitchen on the lower level, is available for up to eight guests. Dubbed one of Esquire magazine’s Best New Restaurants, Bibiana Osteria Enoteca (1100 New York Avenue, NW, 20005 at the corner of 12th and H Streets) features high-style Milano design and ample private dining options with Executive Chef Nicholas Stefanelli in the kitchen.  A dramatic stainless steel beaded curtain defines a semi-private dining area for up to 10 guests.  The restaurant also has a large (27 by 19 feet) 513-square-foot private dining room with two walls of expansive windows and 13-foot ceilings that can seat 48 and comfortably accommodate up to 80 guests for a reception. Johnny’s Half Shell (400 North Capitol Street, NW, 20001) is an ideal location for those who want to capture the historic scenery that The District has to offer.  The Capitol Room is a favorite for event planners, seating 40 comfortably and it can accommodate 60 for a reception.  Folding wooden doors separate the Capitol Room from the adjoining Blue Room, named for its ambient color and tranquil private space.  The Blue room seats up to 40 guests and can hold 45 standing.  Next, the Quarterdeck room incorporates Virginia oak floors and belt-driven fans which slowly circulating atop the 20 ceilings giving this grand room a welcoming vibe.  It also houses original oil on wood paintings and a 10-foot mahogany dining table that comfortable seats 12 guests.  The Portrait Gallery is the most versatile private dining space and can accommodate 60 seated guests and 70 for a reception. In the spring of 2012, Park Hyatt Washington introduced Blue Duck Tavern’s (24th and M Streets, NW, 20037) celebrated cuisine to the newly redesigned private function space, The Gallery.  The Gallery comprises the luxury hotel’s entire lower level of 10,000 square feet of flexible event and meeting space.  Name changes also include Gallery Foyer, Gallery Lounge, Gallery Ballroom, plus the Drawing Room, which can be split into two separate sections, the Salon Foyer, and Salon, which can be divided into five intimate rooms.  Inside the Blue Duck Tavern restaurant, a semi-private dining room is available that seats 12 guests, as well as an intimate Chef’s Table adjacent to the open kitchen, which seats up to 18 guests. Carmine’s  in Penn Quarter, DC’s largest restaurant, has nine private rooms accommodating parties from 15 to 400.
