TV Preview: Capital Cooking in Cabo, Part 1


We had a blast filming in Cabo.  The food was phenomenal.  The city is filled with the most vibrant colors and art and some of the most beautiful hotels in the world.  Hope you enjoy this preview and visit someday soon.  Stay tuned for the official airing date on PBS.
  
Episode summary:  Join Lauren as she visits the beautiful city of Cabo, Mexico to explore the culture and cuisine. In part one, Lauren will learn some traditional Mexican recipes and swim with the dolphins.
