My mom recently came to DC to visit and we headed out to Bistro Vivant in a GM Denali. This car offers comfort and class. Bistro Vivant is located in McLean, but it is well worth the drive out.
Owner/Operator Aykan Demiroglu recently appointed Katie Busch as chef de cuisine for Bistro Vivant in McLean, Virginia.
A Philadelphia native, Katie Busch, most recently worked as executive chef at Hospoda, a Czech restaurant in New York. During her tenure, Hospoda received 4 stars (out of 5) in a dining review from New York Daily News. Bistro Vivant has a great French menu.
Don't miss the French Onion Soup, Braised Lamb and Canadian Lobster. The desserts are also divine.
