I got my hands on some of the Genova tuna and whipped up dinner with the help of my friend, Donna.
2 cans Genova tuna
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch of red chili flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Saute garlic and onions together for two minutes on medium low heat. Add chili flakes. Add tuna and cook for 2-3 minutes and serve. You can pair with veggies or couscous.
Looking forward to trying out some more recipes for a picnic.
