Even though Eatsa serves healthy vegetarian bowls, fitness conscious Washingtonians still want to work for their dinner. Recently, Barre 3 made a group of us sweat for our supper at Eatsa's K Street location.
My favorite Eatsa Hummus & Falafel bowl really hit the (zero guilt) spot after a session of planking, lunging and squatting.
If you are looking for a challenging and toning workout, check out the class schedule at one of Barre 3's five DC locations or online workouts. For a quick and healthy lunch option downtown, be sure to visit one of Eatsa's DC locations.
