So, I've been dying to try Frosé. When the hype began, I was pregnant and jealous. Friends asked us to join them at the Lake of the Ozarks for Mother's Day and I bought 5 different rosés to sip. Upon arrival, we froze one bottle in a zip lock bag with 8 fresh strawberries. Magic happened on Saturday!
1 bottle rosé wine
8 strawberries
1/2 cup simple syrup
Pour rosé wine into a gallon zip lock bag with 8 strawberries. Freeze overnight.
Add frozen wine and simple syrup to a blender then blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
