24 tap lines, 4,200 square feet of event space, floral wallpaper, unique murals by graffiti artists, garage-door style openings, and German street-eats make for the perfect new modern brew hall in Georgetown.
The Berliner is the latest concept from the DC-based, family-run restaurant group, “The Popal Group,” and is inspired by family ties and modern Berlin comfort food. The Berliner will spotlight the decade-long sausage-making expertise of Chef Mike O’Brien, who has worked at three different top-rated beer-focused eateries, and will showcase 24 different unique domestic, international, and seasonal beers on tap.
The spot is large and beautiful and is located in one of Georgetown’s last original warehouse spaces near the historic waterfront corridor on Water Street. Check the spot and indulge in the meat-heavy menu and German beers all night long!
