North Italia, located within 2112 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, is the perfect spot for brunch on the weekends or dinner after work. The chefs at North Italia use only the freshest ingredients when creating their made-from-scratch pastas and modern antipasta dishes.
A few highlights from the menu:
The incredible Chef’s Board with prosciutto di parma, incredible artisan cheeses, marinated eggplants, roasted red peppers, fresh marmalade, castelvetrano olives, marcona almonds, and crisp bread. I don’t even like olives and I LOVED their olives!
The Burrata Tortelloni – homemade pasta stuffed with delicious cheese and surrounded by cherry tomatoes, basil, pecorino cheese, and rustic tomato sugo sauce.
The lemon donuts. A MUST!!
The modern Italian concept from renowned restaurateur Sam Fox also has an assortment of house-made cocktails, wine that goes with every dish, and local craft beers. If you’re with a group, I recommend ordering some Sangria pitchers to share!
