Makes 2
Sugar (for rimming)
2 tablespoons Ventura Limoncello
1 lemon
Champagne or other sparkling wine
Slice the lemon into wedges and rub around the edges of your Champagne flute. Rub the flute into sugar. Squeeze the juice of a lemon wedge into each glass. Put a tablespoon of limoncello into each glass. Fill with Champagne and enjoy.
