Eating around Town: Demystifying Seafood

The Museum of Natural History was filled with people interested in learning more about sustainable seafood.  Top Chef contestant, Carla Hall, made a delicious blue fish dish.  The chefs cooked up an impressive menu highlighting amazing seafood.

Shannon Overmiller, The Majestic, made the only meat dish.
Richard Brandenburg, Café Atlantico
Scott Drewno, The Source by Wolfgang Puck
Barton Seaver sold 450 copies of his new book in an hour.
My fried Baldvin got to meet the famous Ted Danson.
Jeff Buben, Bistro Bis and Vidalia, told us about his love of fishing down in the Outer Banks.  He gets down there any time he can get away from work.

It was great to see sustainable seafood showcased!
