Thinking of Drinking: Yamazaki Cobbler

We had a blast at the Fujimar opening party and got a taste of this delicious cocktail.  The Wilder Brothers are master mixologists, so stop in and give it a try or you can even make one at home.  Isn't the jar presentation fabulous?!

2 oz Yamazaki 12 yr scotch
.75 oz house made apricot liqueur
.5 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz apricot-peppermint honey

Shake all ingredients and strain over crushed ice in a mason jar. Garnish with an apricot slice and a mint floret. Top with powdered sugar.
