Thinking of Drinking: El Presidente

At our 3rd Annual Capital Cooking team party, Nikolai Konick from Rhum Clement joined us to shake up some cocktails.  He squeezed some of the lemon oil into the drink while lighting it on fire.

Rhum Clement is an AOC Martinique aged rhum agricole, made from pure crushed sugarcane juice, estate produced and bottled. Cheers!

1 ½ Clément VSOP
½ Clément Creole Shrubb
¼ Dolin Dry Vermouth
1-3 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir in cold mixing glass with hand-cracked ice until proper dilution is achieved.  Imbibe.
