Thinking of Drinking: Ti Punch

At our 3rd Annual Capital Cooking team party, Nikolai Konick from Rhum Clement joined us to shake up some cocktails.  Rhum Clement is an AOC Martinique aged rhum agricole, made from pure crushed sugarcane juice, estate produced and bottled.  The Ti Punch is simple and refreshing.  Cheers!

1 shot Clement Premiere Canne Rhum Blanc
1 bar spoon Clement Sirop de Canne
1 lime disc (silver dollar-size twist cut off the edge of a lime to capture pulp and zest)
Squeeze the lime to extract as much lime oil and juice as possible.  Add the rhums.  Optional:  Add ice.
