Check out this Cherry Blossom Festival inspired cocktail from Sean Macpherson of Room 11 featuring Don Ciccio and Figli fennel liqueur. Hopefully we'll see some blooms soon.
1 1/2 Cognac
1 Don Ciccio and Figli - Finocchietto (Fennel liqueur)
1/2 fresh lemon juice
1/4 cherry shrub
Dash peychaud’s bitters
Shake, strain, coupe, cherry garnish.
