First Taste: Pulpo

Pulpo may have opened with a rocky start, but now Chef Billy Klein joined the restaurant as their new Executive Chef and Partner.  
Chef Billy has already started rolling out delicious new menu items.
My favorite dish was Billy's Brussels Sprouts.  I loved the crispy crunch.
Chef Billy's creativity shines with his Asparagus Gazpacho with a saffron soft boiled egg and black caviar.
The Arugula Salad is full of flavor with flash fried pork shoulder, ricotta salata and pickled onions.

Bottom Line:  Chef Billy revamped the menu and everything was excellent.  I'll be back for more soon!
