Recipe: Peach and Berry Crisp

I got my latest order From the Farmer this week and dove right into the basket.  I saw the peaches and raspberries and thought I should make a crisp.  I love the freshness of the From the Farmer produce.  Check out the service for local farm goodies that are delivered right to your door every week.

Makes 2

Filling:
1 peach, chopped
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup yellow cake mix

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl, toss the fruit, butter and cake mix.  Pour into mini-gratin dishes.  (I like Le Creuset.)

Topping:

Sprinkle Woats over the fruit.

Bake 15-20 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
