Recipe: Tuna Ceviche

Watermelon has made my summer!  Try this Tuna Ceviche with watermelon from Nage.

3 oz Ahi tuna, sliced
1/2 a lime, juiced
1/4 Red onion, sliced
1 orange, segmented
1/2 cup large diced watermelon 
Chopped cilantro 
Sliced Serrano (optional)

Marinate tuna slices in lime juices and salt for 3 mins.  Add remaining ingredients. Add more salt if necessary and garnish with chopped cilantro.
