I love fall flavors and cocktails. I'm a huge fan of a signature cocktail every time I have guests over. This recipe can be a substitute for dessert. It makes one, but multiply it as necessary depending on the size of your party.
1 shot of Cranberry Vodka (or plain vodka, or apple vodka)
1 t lemon juice
4 oz of apple cider
1 shot of Cranberry Juice
1 dash cinnamon
Apple Slice
Crushed Graham Crackers
Pour vodka, lemon juice, cider and cranberry juice into a shaker full of ice. Strain into a martini glass garnished with an apple slice and rimmed with crushed graham crackers.
Doesn’t that cobbler taste good… and without all of the added calories! If you want to make it even more fun, put a little whipped cream on top.
