Recipe: Spinach and Pea Salad

Last weekend we had a spring party and my friend Audra made this salad.  It is always a hit.  Try it out at your next dinner party.

2 cups frozen peas
2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
2 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
4 tablespoons pesto sauce (more to taste)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Defrost the peas. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to distribute the pesto evenly. Enjoy!
