More from the Capital Cooking Cookbook Launch Party

Dee of JD Gourmet brought me some beautiful flowers.  Thanks Dee!
Special thanks to Kim Auron and Caitlin Smith for all of your help.  May 26th was
Caitlin's 21st Birthday and she spent it with us.  Happy Birthday again!!

Embassy of Panama's Ana Victoria Mas made Shrimp
and fish ceviche with pixbae.  This recipe is featured on page 43
of the Capital Cooking Cookbook.
You can get your book here.

Pork Barrel BBQ's Heath Hall and Brett Thompson made
Pulled Pork Sliders (Capital Cooking Cookbook p. 66) and
Bread Pudding.

1789's Chef Daniel Guisti made Local Asparagus With
Big Eye Tuna, Surryano Ham, and Smoked Paprika.
Sadly, I didn't get to take a bite because I was running around.
Dan, you'll have to make some more for me to try another time.
You're awesome!

Dino's Dean Gold made Caprese Crostini and Meatballs.

Yum!

Zentan's Jaime Montes De Oca Jr. made a delicious 19 ingredient
Singapore Slaw.  Zentan recently opened near Thomas Circle and
their chef is soon to be a guest on Capital Cooking.  This Singapore Slaw
is unbeatable.
