3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Purple-infused Honey
Sparkling wine
Blackberry and lemon peel
1. Shake and strain into Rocks glass over ice
2. Top with sparkling wine
3. Garnish with blackberry and lemon peel
