Cooking with the Quints: Spicy Buffalo Chicken Pizza


8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon of Happy Hal’s Jalapeno relish
1 Can of Pillsbury Pizza Dough
Olive Oil
2 cups shredded meat from a fully cooked rotisserie chicken


Pre-heat oven to 430 degrees F. Roll out pizza dough onto a square baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes. While the dough is baking, mix cream cheese, ranch, chicken, buffalo sauce, and relish in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until combined.
Take the dough out of the oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes. Spread the mixture evenly on top of the pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve with celery and extra dressing on the side.
