Recipe: Baked Citrus Les Freres

Celebrate spring with this Baked Les Freres.  This is my favorite cheese!

One 8-ounce round of Crave Brothers Les Frères cheese
1 tablespoon Ventura Orangecello
1 tablespoon maple syrup
3 orange slices

Preheat the oven to 400°. Put the Crave Brothers Les Frères cheese in a small baking dish. Combine the Orangecello and maple syrup and pour over the cheese. Bake for about 7 minutes, until the cheese is very soft. Spread over crackers.
