Boqueria’s Fall Menu Updates

Boqueria is the Barcelona inspired tapas bar with locations in Washington and Manhattan and they’ve  launched seasonal menu specials for the Fall season.  Autumn flavors with Spanish flare are warming and delicious - case and point: Apple Cider Sangria.

French native, Chef Yonn de Rochefort spent his summers growing up in Barcelona.  The flavors and feeling of the vibrant Spanish city inspired him to open the flagship Boqueria in the Flat Iron District of New York in 2006.

Beverage Director Kieran Chavez designed the Sidra Sangria, made with white wine, Basque cider, whiskey and apples for Fall sipping.

Catalan classic freshly sliced Aged Jamón Serrano and Pan con Tomate are stables whether your starting a meal or just grabbing a snack with drinks.

Fall veggie highlights include Enselada de Otaño (radicchio, pears, toasted Marcona almonds, aged Mahón cheese & sherry vinegarette), Calabaza con Sobrasada (roasted delicata squash with Spanish sausage, hazelnuts, honey and Mahon cheese) and Patatas Bravas (crispy potatoes with salsa brava, pimenton and garlic aioli).

Main event: Fall Paella features roasted chicken, Brussels sprouts, porcini mushrooms, green pepper, garlic and sherry.

Churro S’mores are cinnamon sugar perfection with melty chocolate and gooey marshmallows inside.

Visit Boqueria’s Website for details and location information.
