Featuring Van Gogh vodka creative cocktails, curiously fascinating local art, a roving human canvas, a mysterious bearded DJ, live painters, street art dolls and special pricing on studio time. The 27th Annual Chocolates Galore & More! event, scheduled for February 21, 2014, is the YMCA Loudoun County’s largest annual fundraiser. The event will be held from 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. at West Belmont Place at The National Conference Center in Leesburg, Va., home to Northern Virginia’s largest ballroom.
