Recipe serves 15-20
1 1/2 cups Boulard Calvados VSOP
8 cups apple cider
1 750-ml. bottle dry hard cider
3 12-oz. bottles ginger beer
Several dashes Angostura orange bitters
Juice of one lemon
Orange sliced into rounds and cinnamon stick for garnish
Pour all liquid ingredients into large, clear serving bowl, adding ginger beer last. Stir lightly. Slice one orange into rounds and place into punch fan-style. Serve using a ladle.
