Thinking of Drinking: Mai Tai

Feel like your on the islands by making yourself one of these breezy cocktails.

1 ounce Clement VSOP Rhum Vieux (or other dark rum)
1 ounce Clement Premiere Canne Rhum Blanc (or other white rum)
1/2 ounce, Clement Creole Shrub (or triple sec)
1/2 ounce Clement Sirop de Canne (or simple syrup)
1 ounce, fresh lime juice
1/4 ounce Star Kay Almond Extract
In a cocktail shaker filled with lots of ice, shake all of the ingredients well, then strain the drink into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
