Uncorked: Top 3 Spring Whites

Spring is a great time to sip wine. The weather starts to feel a little nicer; the trees start blooming; the air smells fresh.
Real Compania Verdejo
A brilliant straw yellow in color, with greenish reflections, this refreshing white wine has a nose that conjures bright tropical fruits, citrus and the particular varietal aromas of fennel and scrub brush. The palate is fruity, with good structure and a touch of bitterness that is characteristic of the Verdejo grape.
The 2016 Pinot Blanc Reserve is light gold-yellow in color, with an intense, fresh nose of citrus fruits, refined complexity. The expressive, charming and approachable aromas carry through to the palate, with a pure attack, nice balance, strong fruitiness and a dry, elegant finish.

The Pouilly-Fuissé displays a shiny gold color with aromas of peach and pear. It is beautifully structured with a long-lasting elegant finish.
