Jeff Faile, Bar Manager at Fiola, makes some amazing cocktails. Nuovo Inizio means "New Beginnings" and was the first cocktail on Fiola's list ever.
It disappeared during the summer to make a triumphant return this
season. This one is a cold weather drink for all the gin
