Thinking of Drinking: Anjeo Manhattan

Cinco de Mayo is next weekend.  Everyone will be making margaritas to celebrate, but why not try something different?  Check out Andrew Holt's Anjeo Manhattan from the Redline Gastrolounge.

2 oz Partida Anjeo Tequila
1/2 Oz Grand Marnier or Grand Marnier Navan (Vanilla)
1/8 oz Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Angostura bitters
Dash of Orange Bitters
Glass- chilled Martini

Combine all ingredients into a clean pint glass, add ice, using a bar spoon, stir the cocktail for 20 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass. Using a vegetable peeler, peel a section of orange and flame over cocktail.  Drop flamed peel into cocktail for garnish.
