With weather like this, I like refreshing drinks. This raspberry mojito does the trick. Enjoy your weekend!
1/2 lime, cut into pieces, plus 2 lime wedges
10 mint leaves
Ice
2 ounces Premiere Canne Rhum
1 ounce Creole Shrubb
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime pieces, liquid sugar, 3 raspberries and mint. Add ice and liquor and shake well. Strain into an
ice-filled rocks glass; garnish with a raspberry.
